小弟有一台桌上型電腦和一台筆電，
一樣都灌Xubuntu 6.06.1
但筆電只可用mplaye和VLC看VCD，totem-xine,xine-ui,gxine,xfmedia都不行...
桌電就更慘，什麼都不行...(從前可以，但重灌後就不行嚕!!)
我試過了以下的方法：
1.上網看ubuntu和Xubuntu的指導文件安裝...
gstreamer0.10-pitfdll
gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly
gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly-multiverse

去mplayer官網安裝essential-20060611.tar.bz2
不行!!
3.參考Tetralet大大的文章==>
"在 GNU/Linux 下直接從開機光碟中取出它的開機 Image 檔"
結果cdfs安裝失敗
所以也不行
4.安裝easyubuntu和Automatix...
選取了所有相關多媒體的東東安裝...
嘛是不行!!!
看.......了這麼多網路資料
幹.......了這麼多事情
都不行啦!!
各位大大救救我囉!!
真的沒法看VCD嗎??

阿信 寫:問題很明顯是cdrom not found
如果你使用udev的話，那第一個光碟機會有一個device node放在/dev/cdrom下。
或是你的cdrom沒有正確被attached，例如ide光碟機沒有戴入ide-cd等module
對呀!!對呀!!
但是如果我從圖形介面打開mplayer，再去設定cdrom的話
1.設定成/dev/hdc，因為cdrom還沒掛載...
2.設定成/media/cdrom0或/media/cdrom，在cdrom已掛載的情況下...
都是不行耶!!!mplayer咻一下的就關閉嚕!!
再請教各位大大，小弟我該怎麼辦呢??
歹勢,因為小弟是新手(不到2個月的資歷),所以可否稍稍詳細的說明一下，
還是可以建議小弟去買那一本書來study一下(要中文的比較好喔)
不好意思...
補充一下...
那為什麼上次(5天前)新裝xubuntu的時候...
只要把w32codecs和gstreamer*裝一裝就可以正確無誤的用mplayer,xfmedia,gxine播放呢?(totem-xine還是不行，就出現3次closeing...然後就退出光碟)...
p.s.硬體沒變,同一片xubuntu光碟
