英文字距過大如何補救

裝完細明體後，所有的中文字型內的英文字距都過大，redhat 的中文解決方案有提到補救辦法，debian中呢？

試著編輯 $HOME/.kde/share/config/kdeglobals ，將裡頭跟字型有關的設定後面的值全都改為 0 ，像下面這樣：

如果問題是發生在gtk-2.0的程式呢？
例如gaim、nautilus呢？

小弟是用testing
今天apt-get upgrade後
升級了一堆和Xfree有關的套件後變成英文字距過大
中文字距倒是正常

自問自答
我把libxft降級至firefly前輩的deb後
就好了

不過
xft老是要麻煩firefly前輩也不是辦法
不知道xft究竟會不會改善這點

那請問一下, 如果用gnome-session呢 ??該修改哪些設定 好讓英文字句不要過大??

不需要阿，我也用gnome 2.6，全部用debian官方unstable也不會有什麼英文字距過大的問題
