請問解碼 Quoted-Printable 的好方法？

收到同學的 e-mail，是 html 混合 Quoted-Printable 的 Big5 中文信。

雖然後來用 http://www.fourmilab.ch/webtools/qprint/ 解開了，但總覺得 Debian 應該有更方便的作法才對。

google 了一下有人用 recode，但 recode 對這種混合了 html 的 QP 似乎沒輒…

請問有好用的 Quoted-Printable 解碼法嗎？
(用 qprint 是好用沒錯，但 Debian 裡沒有包…)
