apt- update時為何載入所有語系？還有按右鍵沒有出現選單

請問各位，我的debian是下載wheezy最新版的cd iso安裝的，
安裝時選擇的語系是zh_tw.utf8，並沒有安裝en，
可是等裝好了，用apt-get update發現它會載入所有語系！

這讓我update的時間會變很久!
使用locale顯示的全部都是zh_tw.utf8

我在網上找不到方法，請問這問題該怎麼解決？
還有我安裝了Nvidia官方驅動之後，在背景按右鍵時沒有出現選單出來，
這又是怎麼回事？

這要看你的 /etc/apt/sources.list* (包含檔案與目錄) 是怎麼寫的吧.
與實際的 locale 沒什麼關係.

我也困擾了好久。。終於找到解決辦法了。。

1. 編輯 /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/70debconf
2. 在檔案內加上
Acquire::Languages { "environment"; "en"; "zh_CN"; "zh_TW"; };
（請視個人情況需要決定是否加上en/CN/TW)
3. 清空/var/lib/apt/lists/下所有檔案
（這裡我不確定是否需要清空，但不清空的話，之前的修改無法生效，請知道的朋友告知，謝謝）
