starsuite 6.1 beat2 在 debian unstable上 不能用

直覺與編譯器有關..Cheung 兄是抓 binary 還是自己編譯的？

我自己是用starsuite6.0並且patch到最新的情形
使用上完全沒問題
我覺得sun在starsuite裡面動了很多手腳
讓字型等設定都是自己來，完全不受x的影響
不過，挺好用這點倒還真是不得不承認

純好奇...到底 Sun starsuite 改了多少東西...跟 OO 比起來呢？..

基本上我對目前 OO 1.1 Beta 很滿意...但這是對我的需求而言...以我對 Office 的需求很簡單：

* 可以開啟 M$ Office 檔案...不一定要一模一樣..起碼能夠『開啟』，『讀到』裡頭的資料即可
* 可以存成 M$ Office 的相容檔案...讓 M$ Office 可以開啟..原則上我打的 Office 內容都很單純，頂多是文字+圖+表格...

我要的功能很陽春，首重 %90 左右相容...

所以基本上 OO　目前已經符合我的要求了... .. 至於 starsuite 只是純好奇...它跟 OO的差異．．．..

若是跟debian unstable 提供的OpenOffice相比
很明顯的一點是不需要去設定替代字形
startsuite的選單也可以正常顯示

又開啟OO需要設定

export LC_ALL=zh_TW

starsuite 不需要設

功能上還沒機會比較 因為開不起來 swriter
