[問題]請問解析度

我用dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86設定解析度時在選頻率和解析度時只有1280*960@60
但後來選16、24bit 的地方可以有1280*1024選

結果在XF86Config-4裡設定的是1280*1024

但進xwindow之後只有1280*960
請問要怎麼改成1280*1024

忘了說
我是用g400，應該是選mga吧
我在dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xfree86的時候選解新度的時候
有Advanced 和 Medium
在Advanced 解析度和頻率是分開的，但選了1280*1024，但進了x之後還是1280*960
Medium 則只有1280*960@60 沒有1280*1024 的，但後來在選bit時可選1280*1024，但進了x 還是只有1280*960....

真搞不清楚是怎麼回事

我之前也有類似狀況 結果是因為我水平頻率設太低
X上不去高解析度 後來把水平頻率的range加大就可以了

我看了XFree86.0.log，好像真的是頻率的問題
上面是寫 hsync out of range

HorizSync 原本想說是lcd 所以就設30-60
後來改30-70就可以了

不過，看螢幕上的顯非，還是60hz 說
怪了，我現在是設30-70，然後跑的是60

那我設30-60就不行？？？

還有，有沒有前輩也是用lcd 的
用lcd HorizSync 和 VertRefresh 各是多少才是最好的
HorizSync 的話，一般都是說60就ok了嘛
那VertRefresh 呢？？

我發現我講錯了~
我那個時候不是X上不去高解析度
而是垂直上不去我給的range的最大值
(我是 60-75 可是只能到 60)
後來把水平給到五六十 垂直就可以上75了(我也是LCD)
應該不用擔心太大 他好像會挑適用的

我在裝X時,都是手動key上LCD或CRT的頻率 ,
從以前的suse,mdk,到debian,三年多了都沒有問題過
