A few questions in Sarge

I've tried Sarge yesterday.I think it's a great improvment from Woody.It's more easy to install and it's excellent in desktop using.But I still have two questions:

1.I've been apt-get the xcin package but it still not work,it's quite incovenience.What should I do to make xcin work?

2.The fonts in my KDE Konsole is strange.I've been changed it but when i restart the Konsole,it is still the same,this's the screenshot:
