print & alt-print under gnome

Hi All,

Each time I installed the gnome syste on a machine, everything goes well except 'screenshotting' by print key or alt-print key combination. I can do screenshot by only gnome's menu (Actions -> Take Screenshots). Nothing happened when pressing print or alt-print. Do you guys have this kinda problem ?
