apt-get upgrade 之後發生了一些問題

各位學長
小弟是 debian 的生手 (非新手)
依 "圖解 Debian 桌面入門" 的步驟安裝好gnome 之後
又自做主張的把 apt sources.list 中的 stable 改成 testing,
在 apt-get update -> apt-get upgrade 之後
gnome 中發生一些變化:
1. 應用程式選單並變成英文
ex. 偏好設定 -> Preferences; 系統 -> System
不過子選單倒是維持是中文的
2. xcin 裡酷音輸入法不見了

另外, 我如果升級核心 kernel-image & kernel-headers
新的核心在開機時好像無法辨識到 USB mouse & Keyboard 及 設定網卡

我搜尋過站上好像沒看到有這樣子的問題發生.......

請問在開機時有跑 Hotplug 或是 udev 嗎?
kernel 2.6.15 為分水嶺, 在那之前以 hotplug 之後以 udev 做為開機hardware 偵測的工具
也許您在升級時沒一起更新?

我的kernel 是從 2.4.27-2-386 升級的
不論是升級到 2.6.8-3-686 or 2.6.8-2-686 or 2.6.8-3-386

不知道，因為 跑到那邊的時候， USB 鍵盤怎麼 key 都沒有反應，而光學滑鼠則是連滑鼠底下的紅光都不見了，所以我才覺得是USB 的問題

不過 我的電腦就是沒有ps2的接頭

他是 acer 出貨到歐洲的電腦，所以一出廠就是預設用 usb keyboard

如果有 ps2 接頭 也許我早就接了
