最近覺得 no-ip 怪怪的 , 之後我移除 no-ip , 再安裝一次
no-ip -C 產生 /etc/no-ip.conf 的配置檔
但都無法出現下面資料填寫 mail & password , 就出現 Configuration file '/etc/no-ip.conf' is in use by process 2520.
