請問一下有關 php.ini 的 include_path (安裝 pear 之後)

我的 server 上 apt-get install php-pear 套件安裝好之後
用 phpinfo(); 看到的 include path 是

代碼: 選擇全部

include_path   .:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear

但是我的 php.ini 中，include_path 是沒有設定的
請問 pear 到底是如何修改 include_path 的？

ps.如果我設定 include_path，.:/usr/share/php:/usr/share/pear 就會被蓋掉 Orz
