debian无故死机,请帮忙分析下原因。

症状是机器会死机，显示屏无信号。无法切换到cli下面。突然网卡就ping不通了。重启服务器后故障很大几率故障重现。

目前的解决办法只有在开机启动服务里关闭gdm服务。这样在重启服务器的时候，不会因为打开gdm而死机了。
并且由于messages 报出了acpi的错误，所以我在bios里把C2/C2E State Support功能关闭了。自己GOOG了下，这好像是intel某种CPU省电技术。

目前了BIOS只开了CPU EIST Function ,CPU Thermal Monitor2,CPU Enhanced Halt(C1E),之后在/etc/log/messages 没有发现任何有关acpi的报错了。

硬件比较新，2010年新配的。
因为家里需要一台服务器，所以自己DIY了一台PC机
主板是技嘉的GA-G41MT-D3
内存DDR3-1333 2G内存。
CPU是intel core 2 E3300 2.5G
显卡，声卡主板集成。


请帮忙分析下，到底哪里出了问题？是我的硬件有问题呢？还是我的设置在哪方面不对？或者说这是debian的bug，会是电源问题吗？

引发gdm崩溃的的原因是，只要我用Xmanager 3 用xdcmp连接服务器，gdm反复几次就彻底崩溃。重启服务器后自动死机。

memtest86+和memtester是什么？
