求救～無法開啟sendmail

小弟用apt-get install sendmail
在設定sendmail後卻無法開啟，出現錯誤訊息
sendmail: /lib/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.3' not found (required by sendmail)
不知道這應該如何處理？
Debian內好像沒有glibc_2.3
下指令 apt-get install glibc
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Package glibc has no available version, but exists in the database.
This typically means that the package was mentioned in a dependency and
never uploaded, has been obsoleted or is not available with the contents

of sources.list
E: Package glibc has no installation candidate
也沒有，怎麼辦呢？這樣就沒有辦法架Mail Serve了

何不用看看postfix呢？

在 debian 中, glibc 就是 libc6 啦, 現在 unstable 中的 libc6 是 2.3.1-3, 其他的 testing 或 stable 可能就不是了

原來要去ustable抓2.3.1
我後來安裝stable的sendmail 卻遇到另一個問題。 我想讓SMTP具有身份認證的功能
卻不知道該如何設定，網路上看了些文件還是沒辦法，不知道是不是Debian有不同的設定法
裝了libssl2 不知道這是不是cyrus-sasl應為直接打 apt-get install cyrus-sasl沒有這名字的套件.
請問有用Debian架sendmail的前輩，如何讓SMTP具有身份認證的功能呢？？

我沒用過, 不是很清楚, 不過, 不知道你要的是不是這個
libsasl-modules-plain
libsasl-digestmd5-plain

用 apt-cache show sendmail|grep Suggest 查看看就可以找到了
