我想在開機時即關掉smtp和pop3，該如何做？

edit your /etc/inetd.conf

comment the pop3 and smtp service

Be sure that your smtp service is running as the inetd mode

If your smtp service were running as the standalone mode , check /etc/init.d/[your smtp service] stop
