請問各位朋友們，關於MySQL+phpMyAdmin的問題

當我要Login我的phpMyAdmin的時候，出現以下的錯誤訊息
#1251 - Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client

我不懂他這邊所指的Client does not support authentication protocol是什麼意思
我在主機上可以用mysql -h localhost -u root -p來連線
但是就是不能用網頁去連
不太懂它的意思..
