[問題] 請問一下 cross compiler smpeg lib 的問題

請問我在安裝 smpeg 的時候 make 出現錯誤

/usr/bin/ld: .libs/MPEGfilter.o: Relocations in generic ELF (EM: 40)
.libs/MPEGfilter.o: could not read symbols: File in wrong format
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [libsmpeg.la] Error 1

我的./configure --prefix=/usr/local/arm --host=arm-linux --with-sdl-prefix=/usr/local/arm/ --build=i386 --target=arm-linux

請問該怎麼半 ?

请问SDL 的SMPEG库是否 包含它的.lib文件 我在网上找到的都是只有.cpp之类的库文件 没有找到.lib文件 导致现在无法运用。。。。。
因为我现在是在windows下开发，所以下的很多资料都是liunx下的，压缩包我也打不开。。。
请问是否存在这样的.lib库？ windows下能使用吗？
