qeum 安裝debian arm 問題

C:\qemu-0.9.0-windows>qemu.exe -L . -m 512 -boot d -hda debian.img -cdrom debian
-40r3-arm-netinst.iso
到這步驟會出現下面 boot 錯誤訊息
CDROM boot failure code: 0004
qemu FATAL: could not read the boot disk


有人知道是什麼問題嗎?
