或從 unstable 變成 testing、stable
都不知道要怎麼辦？ (還是只有我不知道怎麼辦？！)
其實只要下一道指令就成了喔~~
先修改 sources.list，改成你想要的 unstable 或 testing 或 stable，然後執行
$apt-get update
$apt-get --reinstall -y install `dpkg --get-selections | grep -v deinstall | cut -f 1`
man 一下 dpkg，grep 和 cut 就知道為什麼了。
