NO.. not only recently.

The last time I could enter #motoweb was about 1 or 1.5 month ago.

Is this server only accessed in Taiwan?
I'm locating in New Zealand now. And my friends who are living in mainland couldn't access it, too.

yes, irc.seed.net.tw only allow connect from Taiwan's ip range...

seednet 是屬於 IRCNET 這個網域內的一員。所以所有的 IRCNET 伺服器都可以用就可跟 seednet 的 irc 的使用互相看到。

另外，現在 dot 還有在用 irc 嗎？是在 freenode.net 上嗎？

1. 新增一個irc 通訊協定的帳號
帳號/密碼/別名 : 依個人喜好給
伺服器: irc.seed.net.tw

編碼: big5
儲存
2. 將這個帳號連線
3. 新增聊天室
帳號: 剛剛設好的irc 帳好
頻道 : #motoweb
密碼，別名: 依個人喜好
按下新增

接下來，只要在好友清單點這個新增加的聊天室 (用別名顯示) 就能參與irc channel 中的討論了
