[問題]nvidia geforce mx440??

請問各位,我使用nvidia的顯示卡,而我也安裝好了nvidia的相關驅動程式,但是在啟動X的時候,他出現了:
(EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to initialize the NVIDIA kernel module!
(EE) NVIDIA(0): *** Aborting ***
(EE) Screen(s) found, but none have a usable configuration.
Fatal server error:no screens found

請問這是什麼問題呀,哪裡有相關的資料可以查詢,
我有去過NVIDIA的網站上看過,但也沒有找到我要的答案,請問各位前輩,有人遇過這樣的問題嗎

裝好nvidia的驅動程式之後，要將driver改成nvidia呢

上面阿信兄已說了,在XF86Config-4將nv改成nvidia就好了.

mean:mb有支援FastWrite,沒有的話請到bios開啟或mb根本沒支援.那下面就不用看了.

請問一下,之前我使用nv的driver可以正常進入x裡面,但改安裝nvidia後就不能進入x裡頭了,而在XF86Config-4裡頭該修改的地方我也修改過了,啟動startx後可以看到nvidia的mark,但之後就會掛掉出現以下的error message:
Fatal server error:
failed to initialize core devices

(EE) xf86OpenSerial: Cannot open device /dev/psaux
No such device.
(EE) Configured Mouse: cannot open input device
(EE) PreInit failed for input device "Configured Mouse"
請問這什麼問題呀,會是滑鼠的問題嗎??應該不太可能吧,之前用nv時還好好的,請教各為了,

電腦是不會說謊的.一定是滑鼠驅動錯,會不會改錯地方了@@.下面參考看看:

ps:(還有就是kernel重編後,nvidia也要重裝(重編mod,3123不需要mtrr,4191需要mtrr,mtrr是kernel對cpu的一個選項)
