Mldonkey問題!

建議先升級到testing or unstable，這樣就可以直接安裝mldonkey-server&gui了

請原諒我講的有點籠統，但rollboy兄實際去嘗試一定收穫很多的，加油。

如果不用 apt 的話....簡直是浪費了 debian
debian apt 套件庫有 8000 多個軟體
網路上有上萬個義工每天幫忙除 bug ，更新軟體
apt 也做到自動下載相依套件，不用像過去再 redhat 的日子
為了某個軟體的相依網路上找半天

對我來說，一切以 debian apt 中有的軟體為優先，沒有的話，就去找其他 apt 站台，再來就是找 deb
不過通常網路上有的 deb...apt 中都有
都沒有的話，才會下載 source 包成 deb 安裝

debian 成為票選第一的 distro，可貴就是在這個地方
不善加利用，那何必用 debian 呢

說實話，我用 debian 用了兩個月，才第一次使用到 dpkg 這個指令

不知道這個想法對不對...
只要我們下apt-get xxx的話...他會幫你裝到好...即使你需要另外裝什麼套件..他會一併幫你裝進去嗎?

像我今天要用dpkg -i nmap時..就給我跑出需要先裝哪些東西

不過....話說回來...我該怎麼裝mldonkey

apt-get是怎麼讓安裝更方便的?

我在　/etc/apt/source.list 加入以下的　server

deb ftp://debian.linux.org.tw/debian stable main contrib non-free
deb ftp://debian.linux.org.tw/debian testing main contrib non-free
deb ftp://debian.linux.org.tw/debian unstable main contrib non-free

再執行 apt-get update

apt-get install xxxxxxx
就通常可以安裝好了

如果你不知道 package 的名稱
執行 apt-cache search xxxxxx 就可以了

還有，如果想看版本的話
可以執行 apt-cache showpkg xxxxxx

如果想安裝某一個版本的适就用

apt-get install xxxx=yyyy

yyy 是版本

當你用 deb 安裝多了何嘗不是不知道自己安裝什麼
我用 apt 安裝套件，通常不會去管他安裝了什麼其他的套件
移除軟體時稍微看看該套件的 depends＆recommands&suggests中有沒有不要的
格一陣子用 deborphan 清除系統中多餘的套件

我sources.list的只有這樣
deb http://opensource.nchc.gov.tw/debian/ unstable main contrib non-free
其他 source 都是用完了就注解

deb ftp://debian.linux.org.tw/debian stable main contrib non-free

再執行 apt-get update

apt-get install xxxxxxx
就通常可以安裝好了

如果你不知道 package 的名稱
執行 apt-cache search xxxxxx 就可以了

還有，如果想看版本的話
可以執行 apt-cache showpkg xxxxxx

如果想安裝某一個版本的适就用

apt-get install xxxx=yyyy

yyy 是版本

用 apt-file search || auto-apt search 找某個檔案包含在哪個套件

通常 debian 的 apt 站台都有包含 stable testing unstable 這些 distribution 了，把 stable 換成 unstable 就好了

不過 http://security.debian.org/ 並沒有 unstable，甚至sources.list 中有其他 unstable source 也不行，反正我是用 unstable ，用 security 也沒什麼意義，就不需要用了

你連不到 http://security.debian.org/ 的問題，請再次確認你的 sources.list 有沒有寫錯

有可能是 http://opensource.nchc.gov.tw 還沒有 mirror 完成..您可以過一陣子在試試看或是換別的站台..

比如說我想先抓 http://opensource.nchc.gov.tw/debian/po ... 1_i386.deb 下來用!

用win開瀏覽器去點可以下載!
可是我在linux用 wget http://opensource.nchc.gov.tw/debian/po ... 1_i386.deb 卻回覆--14:15:04-- http://opensource.nchc.gov.tw/debian/po ... 1_i386.deb
=> `mldonkey-server_2.5.4-1_i386.deb'

check out the /etc/resolv.conf that setup correctly....

nameserver 61.64.127.1
nameserver 61.64.127.2

這是我isp的dns server......是否設定錯了
