那大概就是沒有成功。
您的狀況，
（我猜）是您設定讓 reportbug 使用本機的 MTA，
但是您的 MTA 並不允許使用 Mail Relay...
建議使用 reportbug 所內定使用的 MTA，
也就是在回答 MTA 的設定時，直接按 <Enter> 即可。
您可以使用 reportbug --configure 來重新設定 reportbug，
