pppoe自動重撥失效？

可是...我發現無效～這是怎麼回事壓？

持續連線好像是這個

一種是斷線的話重新撥
一種是持續送出訊號，讓isp以為你還在用線路
現在應該沒有isp會主動幫客戶斷線的

可能這個說法讓人容易誤會吧?

以前 Hinet ADSL 會三天斷一次線,所以除了手動撥接之外,只要加入 persist 這各參數,ppp 就會自動幫您撥接連上,如果是意外斷線(e.g.線路不穩)的話,也會自動連線.

但如果您是用 root 自己執行 poff -a 的話,則 pppoe 就不會自行連線了...所以 "持續連線" 的意思應該沒有提到持續丟封包的意思,只是指 online...

恩...或許原本說法不太好,讓 fox 兄誤會了,小弟來改個說法...

BTW...如果 fox 改用 pppoeconf 的話,裡面有一個設定是詢問您是否再斷線時系統自動連線的選項喔...

我看到是問持續連線
原來是斷線自動重連線

持續連線通常指BBS在掛太久不動,會把你踢出去,
送訊號給BBS站讓它以為你還活著.

我好像看到為甚麼重撥失效了

在18:10:54開始有錯誤訊息出現，因為modem當機了～
這沒甚麼問題，再來呢我發現 ppp 不斷重撥

一直到 18:26:24 他就放棄了，一直等到 22:00:00 我將modem重新開機，他已經不會再重撥了？

可是我在 /etc/ppp/options 把啟動的參數前的 mark 拿掉

也就是說，我有啟動不斷線，照理說他應該要不斷重試一直到modem正常吧？

還是說我漏了甚麼呢？
