同時裝2片網卡遇到的問題

我原本只有一張螃蟹卡(eth0)
申請的是ADSL撥接
所以會有三個介面
eth0
lo
ppp0

新裝的網路卡介面為eth1
以下是同時裝2片網路卡出現的問題

用kernel 2.4
抓不到eth1時，查詢dmesg會顯示
PCI: Cannot allocate resource region 0 of device 00:06.0
PCI: Cannot allocate resource region 1 of device 00:06.0

抓到eth1時，過一段時間後，console會顯示
NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth1: transmit timed out
eth1: Setting half-duplex based on auto-negotiated partner ability 0000.
eth1: Too much work at interrupt, IntrStatus=0x0001.
更慘的是，要重開機時，系統還會停在
This could take a few minutes if there are many devices attached I20 system down.
Restarting system而當機

用kernel 2.6
抓到eth1時
console會顯示
NETDEV WATCHDOG: eth0: transmit timed out
eth0: link up, 10Mbps, half-duplex, lpa 0x0000
重開機系統一樣會停在
Rebooting …Restarting system而當機


請問是什麼原因呢？我的interface的ip已經設定好
還有什麼地方需要設定的呢？
