或許是因為您使用 stable，可是您的 /etc/apt/sources.list 是使用 testing？
或許您可以試試 apt-get dist-upgrade。

系統有無超頻呢？

或是先將cache clean掉再upgrade一次。

謝謝大家的指導,我的電腦沒有超頻
我用了apt-get clean; apt-get autoclean; apt-get update
apt-get upgrade;

重新來一次也是Fail...!__!

改用小弟寫的sources.list，然後將/var/cache/apt/archives/的.deb移除掉試試看。
