個人從沒安裝過 telnetd 套件，
但我猜既然裝了，預設就會啟動吧？

反正就是不可執行,(或不可讀...不可讀很奇怪)

不可寫應該沒甚麼用吧?

如果沒了這些檔案應該也會disable吧？不是很正統方式！但也可以達到效果

對於 E. 我是覺得不是很合理啦，可是網上的標準答案是包含 E 的，這裡所謂的預設值其實很不客觀

還好吧，應該是有許多 distro 預設就安裝好 telnetd，但因為安全性問題，預設就將他 disable 掉。
