Entry level Canditate
1. Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or any other related discipline.
2. Basic knowledge in Windows and Linux OS (Debian & Redhat prefer)
3. Basic knowledge in Perl or PHP,java, C++, SQL commands.
4. Provide 1st level Application support from users.
5. Perform basic management, problem isolation & problem solving faced by users over the telephone, email or via remote tools in a promptly manner.
6. Perform operational task like Jobs Monitoring, Jobs Recovery & Application Monitoring,
7. Candidate should be an independent individual who can also work in a team and who has an eye for details.
8. Good Analytical and Trouble shooting skills. (plus)
9. Self motivated, hardworking and willing to learn (plus)
10. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure (plus)
11. Willing to work shifts, Sat, Sun & Public Holidays (plus)
12. Looking for career growth within the organization. (plus)
13. Good typing skills.
