最近剛入手X61...準備裝Debian 4.0 給它使用。

1. Start the BIOS Setup Utility menu.
2. Select Config.
3. Select Serial ATA (SATA).
4. Select Compatibility.
5. Install Windows XP and Service Pack 2.
6. Download Intel Matrix Storage Manager Driver from the Web site and extract the driver to C:\DRIVERS\WIN\IMSM.
7. Run Intel Matrix Storage Manager Driver. To do this, go to C:\DRIVERS\WIN\IMSM\PREPARE, and double-click install.cmd.
8. Turn the computer off and then on again.
9. Start the BIOS Setup Utility menu.
10. Select Config.
11. Select Serial ATA (SATA).
12. Select AHCI.
13. Start Windows XP. The Welcome to the Found New Hardware Wizard appears.
14. Click No, not this time and click Next.
15. Select Install from a list or specific location(Advanced), then click Next.
16. Select Search for the best driver in these locations. Then select Include this
location in the search:, specify the path, C:\DRIVERS\WIN\IMSM, and click Next.
The Completing the Found New Hardware Wizard appears.
17. Click Finish.
18. When the System Settings Change window appears, click Yes. The computer restarts.

若事前已安裝好 Windows 且 BIOS 下的 SATA 設定為 Compatibility
之後要安裝 Debian 都會遇到一些問題。所以要安裝 Deiban 請先在
Windows下做以下動作後在來安裝 Debain 就會很順利了。

以上動作完成就可以使用 Debian 並且可正常抓到 SATA HD 來安裝。

如果有人想試試不做以上動作直接來安裝 Debian 也行，嚐試一下我遇到的種種問題吧 ~

之前裝過Debian/Lenny...
現在似乎連hdapsd都有了...
只不過還沒試過...
當兵後就灌回windows, 電腦也丟回給我妹了
可以增強小黑的套件是愈來愈多了.
